D&T – Making Bread

In our DT unit, pupils have been studying the history of bread, looking at bread from around the world, tasting and smelling different flavours, designing their own, understanding the baking process and finally baking their very own bread rolls! When baking, the cooking room smelt delicious and the bread rolls were baked to perfection! Pupils will now evaluate what they like about their bread and what they would change if they were to make it again! A unit they have all thoroughly enjoyed!
