As a school we continually strive to ensure our children have access to the best possible school provision, academic and non-academic. As we are an outward looking school, we welcome expert opinions and so participate in awards and accreditations that are generated by professionals and subsequently quality assured by professionals.
All the awards listed below have been compiled by members of staff who have ensured their own professional development and in doing so, have ensured the development of good practices across the school to benefit our children and school community. Some of these awards have taken years to embed but in doing so have enhanced the educational experiences of our children.
As well as recognising schools that are making the arts come alive, the Artsmark award is a practical and valuable tool for enriching a school’s arts provision whatever the starting point.
The afPE Quality Mark is a prestigious award that evidences the strength and quality of physical education and sport in the school. It promotes the outstanding work that is being undertaken on a daily basis.
The Charter is based on the ten principles of effective practice in PSHE education. It is intended to support schools in making a public commitment to ensuring that they offer high quality PSHE education to pupils.
The Youth Sport Trust Quality Mark is online self-review tool which provides schools with a nationally recognised badge of excellence for PE and school sport. The tool supports schools to audit their PE provision and identify priorities for their development plan.
A Food for Life Schools Award is a great way to demonstrate that your school is doing fantastic work to provide healthy school meals, great lunchtimes and food education that has a positive impact on both pupils and the wider community.

Our Rights Respecting Schools Award embeds these values in daily school life and gives children the best chance to lead happy, healthy lives and to be responsible, active citizens.
The Ealing Reading Quality Mark is a recognition of excellence in attainment, progress of pupils in reading as well as their enjoyment of reading. It is a joint venture between Ealing Local Authority and The National Literacy Trust.
