Class teachers arrange visits to fit in with classroom work. At Christmas the children put on productions to which parents are invited and in the summer term there is a Year 6 leavers concert.
Extra curricular activities vary with the expertise of the staff and parents involved. There are over 40 Clubs at present.

After School Club and Breakfast Club
An after school club for the children of Berrymede Junior and Infant School is available from 3.15 to 5.30 Monday to Friday, term time only.
The experienced after school club manager and staff engage the children with fun activities such as; arts, crafts and sports and they often visit the theatre, cinema or bowling. The children are encouraged and helped to complete homework and are given a snack/drink each day at a charge of £30 per child per week.
We also have a small number of children who attend breakfast club, where they have breakfast and are escorted to their relevant playground/class at the start of the school day, this runs from 8am at a cost of £7.50 per week (limited numbers). We currently allow for up to 30 children in after school club, thereafter there is a waiting list. If parents are interested in registering their child they need to contact the after school club manager through the school office.
